Upper Minnesota River Watershed Water Quality Assessment (2010-2011)
The Whetstone River bacteria TMDLs are due to EPA by spring 2018 according to the SD DENR long-term TMDL priority schedule. SD DENR is in the process of drafting that TMDL.
