The Board of Directors of EDWDD meets monthly. The meetings are usually held at the office in Brookings on the third Thursday of the month. On occasion, the board meeting will be held at some other location. The board meetings are normally held between the hours of 9:00 am and noon and are open to the public. As per SDCL 1-27-1.16, any printed material distributed to the Board of Directors prior to their meetings will be available for public view at the District office.
